Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ginseng powder
Instructions:
Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and ginseng powder to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Note: You can also add ice cubes to make it even colder and more refreshing. Additionally, feel free to adjust the amount of ginseng powder to your personal taste.
