A Berry Yummy Ginseng Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp ginseng powder

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and ginseng powder to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: You can also add ice cubes to make it even colder and more refreshing. Additionally, feel free to adjust the amount of ginseng powder to your personal taste.
