Ginseng Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp ginseng powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.

  2. Add the banana, almond milk, honey, ginseng powder, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.

  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: You can also add a scoop of protein powder or a handful of spinach to make this smoothie even healthier. Additionally, feel free to adjust the amount of ginseng powder to your personal taste.
