Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ginseng powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
Add the banana, almond milk, honey, ginseng powder, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Note: You can also add a scoop of protein powder or a handful of spinach to make this smoothie even healthier. Additionally, feel free to adjust the amount of ginseng powder to your personal taste.
